Handpicking olives just in the right moment and at the right speed is 30% of success for making high quality olive oil. Of course, the best way to learn is to hear it from local producers. Even better, to taste the difference yourself through amazing local dishes prepared with locally produced olive oil.

Food preparation and eating together was the core activity for true people bonding for centuries. We believe that it still is:) Joy of picking the right ingredients, chatting while cutting, grilling, stirring food but also learning about traditional recipes. Simple way to put smiles on people faces and get them closer to each other.

It’s 6am and you’ll be meeting local fisherman. He will be sharing with you and the team his world in the sea. You’ll be catching your lunch together and after we’ll be preparing it together in local taverna.
